Some people who most need continuing medical attention are least able to leave home to receive necessary care. That’s where we come in. ASTVA offers an affordable alternative to a nursing home or skilled rehabilitation center. We provide homebound patients in St. Louis city and county the highest level of medical care possible outside a hospital or physician’s office. Possible candidates for our services include people recently home from the hospital, or anyone whose condition must be monitored.

ASTVA provides IV infusions and Anodyne therapy as well as other leading-edge technologies. We contract with top local laboratories to provide in-home diagnostic testing, including Doppler imaging, EKG, Holter monitoring x-ray, ultrasound and other analyses. We are fully equipped to provide the highest quality and fastest response of all home health care providers in the market today.

While caring for patients in their own homes, our highly trained staff is able to detect incipient medical issues that may require further intervention. We offer medication consultations that focus on safe and effective medication use. We can arrange MD home visits, and we are also able to provide referrals to various specialists as needed, such as podiatrists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, and others.
